What is PECB?
PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) is an international certification body that provides training and certification services for individuals. It operates under ISO/IEC 17024, the international standard for bodies certifying persons.
Is a PECB certificate internationally recognized?
Yes. PECB is accredited under ISO/IEC 17024 by IAS (International Accreditation Service) and UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service), and its certificates are recognized in more than 150 countries.
Is Yapay Zeka Okulum an authorized PECB partner?
Yes. Yapay Zeka Okulum is an official PECB Authorized Training Partner. The partnership was publicly announced by PECB and can be verified on PECB's own website at pecb.com.
In which language is the e-learning course delivered?
E-learning courses are delivered in English. Video lectures are recorded by PECB expert trainers and the official training materials are in English, hosted on the myPECB platform.
In which languages can I take the exam?
The exam language is independent of the course language. Exam sessions are available in English and many other languages, including Turkish, French, Spanish, and German. You choose the language when scheduling your session on myPECB.
What is included in the price?
The price is all-inclusive: access to the e-learning course on myPECB, official PECB training materials, the first exam attempt, one free retake within 12 months if you do not pass, the certification application fee, and the first year's Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF). There is nothing extra to pay to obtain your certificate.
How do I enroll and how soon can I start?
Choose your course, complete the payment in EUR through iyzico, and we assign the e-learning course to your myPECB account. You will need to provide the email address associated with your PECB account (or the one you wish to use) during checkout.
How long do I have to complete the course?
E-learning is self-paced — you set your own study rhythm and can revisit any section as needed. The stated duration (for example, ≈5 days for Lead-level courses) reflects the official PECB course agenda and indicates content volume, not a fixed schedule.
When and how do I take the exam?
The exam is taken online through PECB Exams (myPECB). After completing the course you schedule the date and time yourself. Sessions run across multiple time zones throughout the day and each session has limited seats, so booking early is recommended.
Do I need any prior experience or prerequisites?
Foundation-level courses have no prerequisites. For Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor courses there is no blocking requirement to enroll, but PECB recommends a general understanding of the relevant standard — the Foundation course provides that background. Note that professional experience does affect which credential tier you can apply for after passing the exam.
Is there an annual maintenance fee after the first year?
Yes. PECB charges an Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) to keep a credential active. The first year's AMF is included in our price; subsequent years are billed by PECB directly.
Can I get a refund?
Because access to the PECB e-learning platform and the exam voucher are issued immediately after enrollment, refunds are handled case by case before course access is activated. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email before purchasing if you have any doubts, and we will advise you.
